Check and supervise business activities of goods during Hung Temple Festival

On the occasion of Hung Kings' Commemoration Day - Cultural Tourism Week of the Ancestral Land in the year of At Ty - 2025, the Market Management Department (QLTT) has strengthened inspections against smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods, contributing to maintaining business order and stabilizing the market.

Market management forces propagate and guide businesses to properly implement legal regulations on price listing and origin of goods to serve people and tourists during the Hung Temple festival.

Accordingly, the Market Management Department requires the Market Management Teams to strengthen management and supervision of the area, apply professional measures according to regulations to promptly detect and prevent acts of trading in smuggled goods, goods of unknown origin, trading, storing prohibited goods, counterfeit goods, poor quality goods, goods that infringe intellectual property rights, goods that do not ensure food safety and hygiene and other acts of commercial fraud; at the same time, strictly handle violations (if any), especially for items such as: Food, beverages, souvenirs, local specialties...

Coordinate with functional forces, local Party committees and authorities in the area to prevent gambling and superstitious acts and games during the festival; disseminate and guide business establishments and stall owners on legal regulations in commercial and service activities; organize the signing of commitments with traders not to trade in prohibited goods, smuggled goods, counterfeit goods, poor quality goods, and goods that do not ensure food hygiene and safety.

Through inspection and control work, the Market Management force actively propagates and guides businesses to properly implement legal regulations on price listing and origin of goods, raising their sense of responsibility in serving tourists and people.

In addition to the above tasks, Market Management Teams No. 1, 2 and 8 carry out additional tasks. Specifically, Market Management Team No. 1 strengthens inspection and control in Viet Tri city, the area of the Festival Center yard, the area of the To Pagoda and Mau Temple, the area of the ceremonial road of the Hung Temple Historical Relic Site; the outlying communes, the road adjacent to Lam Thao district with the area where the Hung Temple Festival takes place, in order to minimize the transportation of prohibited goods, smuggled goods, and goods that do not ensure food safety into the Hung Temple area.

Market Management Team No. 2 strengthens inspection and control of outlying communes and roads adjacent to the Hung Temple Historical Site, promptly preventing acts of transporting prohibited goods, smuggled goods, and goods that do not ensure food safety into the Hung Temple area.

Market Management Team No. 8 conducts inspections and controls on National Highway 2; National Highway 32 running around the Hung Temple Festival area; Gieng Temple area, Cong Quan gate area and around Go Cong Lake area.

Along with that, the Market Management force proactively organizes supervision at supermarkets, markets, convenience stores, and mobile sales points to prevent price gouging and overcharging of tourists.

Publicize a hotline to receive and resolve complaints from residents and tourists about prices and quality of goods.
