The 2025 Sea Culture and Tourism Festival is truly a community festival with many activities and events aimed at the people and tourists. First of all, for the first time, the main stage to carry out the key programs and events of the festival was designed with a large area in April 2 Square and Tran Phu Street so that people and tourists have space to watch the programs freely, directly, closely, and connect viewers with artists. This has received positive reviews from the audience, especially on social networks, many people have given supportive comments to the organizers. "The 2025 Sea Culture and Tourism Festival brings very good community connections, many activities are enthusiastically participated by people. With such an open stage, the requirement is that the script of the programs taking place on that stage must be both grand, exciting, and highly entertaining. And indeed, in all 3 nights of performances on June 7, 8, 9 with the grand music festival "Nha Trang say Hi"; the international cultural and artistic exchange program; the Carnival parade program all took place in a true festival style. At the grand music festival "Nha Trang say Hi", the audience was delighted and cheered enthusiastically for the performances of famous singers and bands such as: Isaac, Duc Phuc, Anh Khoa, Anh Tu, Lyly, Anh Duy, Vu Thinh, Satila Hong Vinh, Ngoc Khanh Chi, FB BOIZ group... With the international cultural and artistic exchange program, artists and actors from the Hai Dang Song and Dance Troupe, Ninh Thuan Provincial Cultural and Art Center, Ulsan City Art Troupe (Korea), City Art Troupe... Lorient (France), along with the beauties in the Miss Vietnam Sea and Islands 2025 contest, created a music and fashion program with regional cultural colors and a spirit of friendship.

With the Carnival parade, people and tourists were immersed in the atmosphere of a street festival. There, everyone could see 14 cars decorated with images of 9 districts, towns and cities in the province; images of Ninh Thuan province; businesses and organizations in the province. Especially, the parade of Miss Cosmo from other countries and contestants in the Miss Universe Vietnam contest with impressively designed costumes. The two costume parade and beauty contests of the contest also gave the audience the opportunity to watch the contestants compete. In addition, in the 2025 Sea Culture - Tourism Festival program, there are many national and international sports competitions organized with the desire to shape the sea sports brand of Khanh Hoa; many activities to guide people to protect the environment, especially the marine and island environment.

Open to new ideas

The success of the 2025 Sea Culture - Tourism Festival has opened up new ideas in the organization work for the members of the organizing committee. The festival has brought good effects to the people and tourists thanks to the attention of the leaders at all levels, relevant agencies and units. Communication and promotion activities for the festival are also a plus point when the outstanding events are broadcast live on KTV of Khanh Hoa Newspaper; the working area for the press is also arranged in convenient locations, so many news and articles have been published by newspapers, magazines and TV channels inside and outside the province. Security, order, fire prevention, fire fighting, traffic safety in the province, especially Nha Trang city, are absolutely safe; urban beautification and environmental sanitation are proactively implemented, ensuring that Nha Trang city is always green - clean and beautiful. During the festival, the authorities regularly inspected food safety and hygiene so that no cases of food poisoning occurred... During the 4 days of the festival's key events, the number of tourists visiting Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa for sightseeing and relaxation reached about 667,000. Of which, guests served by accommodation establishments reached about 290,000; the occupancy rate of accommodation rooms in Khanh Hoa province increased (reaching over 85%).

According to Mr. Dinh Van Thieu - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, through this festival, the provincial leaders have drawn valuable experiences that can be applied in the organization of the following festivals. Specifically: The work of mobilizing socialization for the festival should be directly directed and implemented by the provincial leaders to achieve higher efficiency; it is necessary to enhance the role of the Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Tourism Association in mobilizing and propagating so that large hotels can see their role and benefits in the event. The festival space is mostly concentrated in Nha Trang City, while other localities do not have events to respond to. Therefore, localities with strengths in tourism and culture need to study, register and organize activities during the festival. With the characteristics of localities with developed tourism activities and rich culinary culture, it is necessary to organize large-scale and unique culinary tourism activities during the festival...

In general, although it was the first time to organize, the effects of the 2025 Sea Culture - Tourism Festival have contributed positively to promoting the beauty of the land and people of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa. This is the basis for the province to continue to organize the following festivals well.
