Opening of the Dak Lak Province Vocational Education Teachers' Conference 2025

The Vocational Education Teachers' Conference is a professional activity held periodically to contribute to promoting the emulation movement "Good Teaching - Good Learning" in vocational education institutions; creating conditions for vocational education teachers to exchange and learn experiences.

At the same time, encourage teachers to improve their professional skills, pedagogical skills, vocational skills, teaching skills, and develop new teaching methods. Thereby, promoting the exploitation of intellectual potential and creativity of the teaching staff in exploiting and effectively using equipment, tools, and teaching aids in practice.

In her opening speech, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training Le Thi Kim Oanh said that this teaching conference is the basis for assessing the actual teaching capacity of vocational education teachers, thereby helping to orient and plan for training and fostering to improve the quality of teachers in accordance with the actual situation.

"The results and achievements at the Teaching Conference are the basis for selecting excellent teachers with good presentations, representing the vocational education teachers of Dak Lak province to attend the National Vocational Education Teachers' Teaching Conference in the coming time," Ms. Oanh emphasized.

The 2025 Dak Lak Province Vocational Education Teachers' Conference was held at Dak Lak College (Buon Ma Thuot Ward) from August 26 to 29, 2025.

The conference was attended by 32 teachers from 7 vocational training institutions, including: Dak Lak College; Dak Lak Medical College; Tay Nguyen Polytechnic College;FPT Polytechnic College (Tay Nguyen campus); Vietnam College of Industry and Trade (Dak Lak campus); Dak Lak Intermediate School and Buon Ma Thuot Intermediate School.

Here, teachers will participate in teaching competitions in professional groups such as: Automotive technology; Welding technology; Electrical, electronic and telecommunications engineering; Veterinary; Accounting - Business; Fashion sewing; Information technology; Nursing; Administrative documents; Hotels and restaurants. Including 8 integrated lectures, 14 theoretical lectures, 10 practical lectures.
