Meeting to celebrate the 72nd anniversary of Vietnam Photography Tradition Day of An Giang Branch 2

(NADS) - On the afternoon of March 11, the Vietnam Photographic Artists Association An Giang 2 held a meeting to celebrate the 72nd anniversary of Vietnam Photography Tradition Day (March 15, 1953 - March 15, 2025).

Attending the meeting were Mr. Huynh Phu Huu - Chairman of Chau Doc City Literature and Arts Association, and artists of An Giang Branch 2.

The photographers reviewed the history of Vietnam Photography Tradition Day, thereby praising the veteran photographers and typical photographers of An Giang Branch 2 who have contributed to the development of photography in An Giang in particular and the whole country in general.

In the solemn atmosphere of the meeting, Artist Huynh Phuc Hau read the decision to confer the Title and award the Certificate of Title of Excellent Photographic Artist - E.VAPA of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists to Artist Cao Minh Det, a member of the An Giang 2 Association of Photographic Artists.

In addition, the Association also agreed to implement activities in the coming time. In particular, the Association will organize a personal photo exhibition with a collection of resistance war photos by NSNA Nguyen Phuong Ngoan - ES.VAPA, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
