More than 300 delegates of Tang Loong commune were trained to perform online public services.

On July 28, the People's Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tang Loong commune organized a conference to propagate and train people to perform online public services.

Delegates were exposed to a lot of knowledge related to digital transformation and using online public services (TA photo).

More than 300 delegates, including officials, civil servants from communes, associations, and schools in the area, participated in the training. Delegates were instructed on how to use the National Public Service Portal and practice submitting documents online, as well as exchange experiences and resolve difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing digital transformation and online public services.

Organized according to Document No. 91-CV/TU dated July 21, 2025 of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee on implementing urgent solutions to complete the goal of providing online public services across the province, the Conference aims to raise awareness, skills and promote the use of online public services throughout the commune.

The conference also contributed to improving the effectiveness of digital transformation, creating favorable conditions for people to access public services, towards building a modern, transparent, and smoothly operating digital government after the merger.
