More than 3 tons of fish were released to protect and regenerate aquatic resources.

On the morning of June 22, 2025, the Department of Agriculture and Agricultural Development coordinated with the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of the province to organize a program to release additional fish to regenerate, restore and develop aquatic resources.

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development coordinated with the Provincial Buddhist Sangha and localities to release fish on the Phan River, through Dong Cuong commune, Yen Lac district.

At the program, delegates and a large number of people released more than 3 tons of various types of fish into the Red River, the old Vinh Thinh ferry section, Vinh Thinh commune (Vinh Tuong) and the Phan River, the section through Dong Cuong commune, Yen Lac district.

Releasing fish fry to regenerate and develop aquatic resources is an annual activity carried out to supplement and regenerate aquatic resources in natural water bodies, contributing to the restoration and development of diverse aquatic species in natural water areas in the province. Thereby raising people's awareness and responsibility for protecting aquatic resources, actively participating in releasing fish fry, regenerating aquatic resources, balancing the ecosystem, and developing sustainable aquaculture.
