In his opening speech, Mr. Wilson Cheah - Chairman of ARTDO International Vietnam said that today, people are facing challenges that require agility, progressive thinking and collaboration, especially in the field of digital leadership.
“Today’s conference will focus on the future of human resource development, leadership and continuous innovation, thereby creating an environment where talent can thrive and organisations can achieve sustainable growth,” shared Mr Wilson Cheah.
The workshop attracted the participation of more than 250 experts, managers, and scientists from 15 countries and territories.
The workshop will have 27 professional presentations focusing on sharing practical solutions in building an effective digital leadership team; building and connecting the digital leadership community. Thereby actively contributing to the digital transformation process of Da Nang and making the locality one of the leading technology centers, pioneering in the field of digital leadership in Vietnam.

According to Mr. Luong Minh Sam - Chairman of the Board of Dong A University, the theme of this year's Conference focuses on the issue of "Talent Development and Skills Training in Modern Times". This is a necessary and urgent topic, especially when people are living in a world filled with fluctuations and developments every day.
At the opening session, the 2024 International HRD Excellence Award - HRD Excellence Award 2024, was also presented by Artdo to organizations and individuals with outstanding contributions in the field of training and international human resource development. In particular, Dong A University is the educational and training unit nominated and honored in the Collective Award category, and Mr. Mohd Khalis Abdul Rahim for the Individual Award.
