Attending the opening ceremony were Mr. Pham Van Nghiem, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Civil Servants Recruitment Council; Mr. Dao Hong Van, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Civil Servants Recruitment Council; Mr. Pham Dong Thuy, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Department of Education and Training and more than 2,000 candidates participating in the exam.
In the 2025-2026 school year, Hung Yen province will recruit 1,325 teachers. Of these, there are 382 preschool teachers of grade III, 466 primary school teachers of grade III, 379 junior high school teachers of grade III, and 98 high school teachers of grade III.
In round 1, candidates who register for the exam and have one of the appropriate diplomas or certificates proving their ability to apply information technology in professional activities; ability to use foreign languages or use ethnic minority languages according to job position requirements must participate in an exam to assess their IT and foreign language skills.
After the qualifying round, 2,389 candidates were qualified to enter the second round of the professional exam, which tested the candidates' knowledge and professional skills according to the requirements of the job position.
All three of the above tests are in the form of objective tests. The test duration is 30 minutes for the practical test and 180 minutes for the professional test.
The Hung Yen Provincial Civil Service Recruitment Council has arranged 5 testing locations at Nguyen Van Linh Political School, Hung Yen Community College, Hung Yen Specialized High School, Hung Yen High School, and Nguyen Tat Thanh Secondary School. At the same time, security and safety conditions are ensured to serve the recruitment period.
