At the exam site of Phan Dinh Phung High School ( Hanoi ), Phan Minh Diep, a student of Viet Duc High School, entered the second day of the exam with a more relaxed and comfortable mindset.

After the first exam with two subjects: Literature and Math, Diep said she "had a good sleep" because she completed both subjects as expected. Although she assessed that this year's Math exam was quite difficult, the female student was still satisfied because she did her best.

"Last night, I went to bed early to stay alert for the next exams. I plan to use my transcript to apply to a university near my home, so I don't put too much pressure on myself for this exam," Diep shared.

At the end of the first day of the exam, most candidates assessed that this year's Literature exam was good, within their ability, creating conditions for students to express their personal perspectives, independent thinking ability as well as understanding of contemporary social issues. The exam received many compliments on the argumentative question when it was associated with the context of the unification of provinces and cities.

In contrast to the Literature exam, many candidates left the Math exam room with a dazed look on their faces. Many burst into tears right at the school gate because of the pressure from the exam, which was considered difficult and highly classified.

Nguyen Ngoc Dung, a student at Phan Dinh Phung High School (Hanoi), assessed that this year's Math exam was "very difficult", especially because it incorporated a lot of 11th grade knowledge, which surprised and confused candidates.

" With the sample test, it only took me about an hour to complete, but today, even though I used up all 90 minutes, I still couldn't finish the entire test. The test was too long, reading and understanding the test took up half of the test time," the female student shared with regret.

Dung said she only did about 75% of the test and calculated that she only got less than 8 points, because she was not sure she got many questions right. The female student said she did quite well on the Literature test, but her Math results were not as expected. Therefore, she put her utmost determination and effort into her two elective subjects, English and History, on the final exam day.

This morning, candidates took two elective exams, among the following subjects: Foreign Language, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, History, Geography, Economic and Legal Education, Information Technology, Technology. All in the form of multiple choice tests within 50 minutes.

The 2025 high school graduation exam scores were announced on July 16. Students can start registering and adjusting their university admission wishes until July 28.
