This is an important activity to recognize infrastructure development, promote socio -economic growth and honor the cultural and historical values of the nation. The event is not only a great occasion but also an opportunity to encourage the spirit and aspiration to contribute, creating motivation and momentum for the country's development journey.

This series of events includes many key projects in the fields of transportation, health, education , parks - monuments and essential public works. The projects that have been started and inaugurated not only improve the quality of life for the people but also contribute to the completion of technical infrastructure, creating a driving force to attract investment and sustainable development for the region in the coming years.

The main ceremony will be held today, August 19, at the central bridge located at the National Exhibition and Fair Center (Dong Anh Commune, Hanoi), and will also connect directly with 79 television bridges at many projects and constructions across the country. The event will be broadcast live on Voice of Vietnam, Vietnam Television and reported live on Voice of Vietnam Online Newspaper (VOV.VN).

The inauguration and groundbreaking ceremony is expected to convey the message of determination, responsibility and consensus of the entire political system in realizing development goals, spreading pride, solidarity and determination to build an increasingly prosperous Vietnam.

As of August 11, 2025, the Ministry of Construction has reviewed and compiled more than 250 projects and works nationwide (in 34 provinces and cities), eligible to be included in the groundbreaking and inauguration plan on this occasion. The total investment is about 1.26 million billion VND, including state and socialized capital sources.
