Also during this period, candidates can adjust and add admission wishes an unlimited number of times.
According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training , all candidates (including candidates admitted directly) must register for admission online, submitting all admission wishes to the General Admission Support System of the Ministry of Education and Training at http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn or through the National Public Service Portal.
Candidates need to carefully study the admission information and admission regulations of training institutions, and not apply for majors or training programs that do not meet the requirements.
In case the training institution organizes separate forms of registration and examination, submitting documents and evidence directly or online at the training institution, candidates must follow the regulations of the training institution but still have to register on the System to be considered for admission together with all other candidates.
Candidates' wishes to apply for admission to all training institutions are registered by major/program and are ranked from 1 to the end (wish 1 is the highest wish).
At the same time, candidates must provide data (according to the criteria, conditions, and registration process specified in the admission information of training institutions) corresponding to the major/program that the candidate has registered for admission so that training institutions can use it for admission.
All admission requests of candidates to training institutions will be processed on the system. Each candidate will only be admitted to the highest choice among the registered choices when ensuring the admission conditions.
Candidates use the assigned account to process information (enter, edit, view) their information on the system.
From July 29 to 5:00 p.m. on August 5, 2025, candidates must pay the admission fee according to the number of admission wishes online.
Experts note that candidates need to base on their high school graduation exam scores, the score distribution of university entrance exam subjects, and the benchmark scores of recent years of the school and major they intend to register for to set appropriate university admission wishes, ensuring the highest chance of admission.
