Provincial Association for Promotion of Education reviews association work in the first 6 months of the year

- On June 16, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education held a preliminary review of the association's work in the first 6 months of the year and deployed tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.

Currently, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education has 2,286 branches, 682 committees, and 235,350 members.

Since the beginning of 2025, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education has implemented many programs to promote learning and talent, connecting organizations and individuals to reward and award scholarships to more than 20,000 good and excellent students, and poor students who have overcome difficulties with a total amount of more than 2 billion VND (an increase of more than 1 billion VND compared to the same period in 2024). Regarding the expansion of learning models, the association has mobilized 257 clans to register for "Learning Clans" (an increase of 13 clans compared to the same period in 2024) and mobilized 1,541 communities to register for "Learning Community", 163,552 families to register for "Learning Family"...

At the same time, the organization celebrated the longevity of 329 members with a total amount of nearly 74 million VND; visited 616 members with a total amount of 128 million VND... Currently, there are 52 clubs in the province organized by members such as: Poetry Club of Chi Lang district, Volleyball Club of Van Lang, Bac Son, Huu Lung districts.

In the last 6 months of the year, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education will continue to implement the directives of the superiors to perfect the organization of the association according to the regulations of the Party and the State; continue to promote propaganda work on the role, tasks and activities of the Association at all levels in promoting education, promoting talents, and building a learning society; coordinate to organize the implementation of "Lifelong Learning Week 2025" and Vietnam Education Promotion Day; actively implement digital transformation in the system of education promotion associations... In particular, continue to mobilize resources to build an education promotion fund, striving for the total education promotion fund of the whole province to reach 20,000 VND to 25,000 VND/person.

At the conference, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education awarded the Golden Board of Education to 34 individuals who have made many positive contributions to the work of promoting education, promoting talents, and building a learning society in Lang Son province in the period of 2023 - 2025.

Also at the program, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education coordinated with the Departmentof Education and Training to organize a conference to promote innovation in general education in 2025.
