(Dan Tri) - West Lake is at its most beautiful time of the year because of the diverse colors of many types of trees blooming brightly along the roads along the water's surface.

The trees commonly planted around West Lake such as Royal Poinciana, Cassia fistula, Golden Butterfly, Lagerstroemia... are in full bloom, the most brilliant of the year.

The purple of the Lagerstroemia, the yellow of the Royal Poinciana and the bright red of the Royal Poinciana blend together as if to signal a hot summer ahead.

The West Lake loop is about 17km long, and almost all the roads along the lake are filled with vibrant colors of summer flowers.

West Lake is the largest lake located in the Northwest of Hanoi , with an area of 500 hectares. When the weather is nice, people flock to the lakeside to clearly observe the scenery at sunset.
