Dak Lak Real Estate Association established the Investment Promotion Board and the Eastern Dak Lak Real Estate Club

On the afternoon of July 29, at the third quarter Executive Committee meeting chaired by Mr. Nguyen Van Ke, Standing Committee Member of the Vietnam Real Estate Association, Chairman of the Dak Lak Real Estate Association, the Association issued a decision to establish the Investment Promotion Board and the Eastern Dak Lak Real Estate Club - two units under the Association that play an important role in expanding the network, improving operational efficiency and promoting regional connectivity in the real estate sector.

Specifically, the Investment Promotion Board is assigned to coordinate with units inside and outside the province to carry out trade promotion activities, introduce investment potential, connect members with domestic and foreign investors, expand the market and develop sustainably.

Mr. Nguyen Van Ke, Standing Committee Member of Vietnam Real Estate Association, Chairman of Dak Lak Real Estate Association chaired the Executive Committee meeting.

The Investment Promotion Board's personnel include Mr. Tran Tien Loi, Head of the Board, Executive Committee Member, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thai Hoa Investment Group Joint Stock Company. Members include Mr. Dao Tien Sy, Executive Committee Member, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dien Khoi Group Joint Stock Company; Mr. Ngo Duc Trong, Executive Committee Member, Director of Minh Long Sang Trong Company Limited.

The East Dak Lak Real Estate Club is chaired by Mr. Nguyen Ba Thanh, Executive Committee Member, Director of Gia Thanh Land Real Estate Brokerage and Services Co., Ltd. The Vice Chairmen are Mr. Ton That Tang, Association member and Mr. Tran Quoc Vu, Association member.

Awarding the decision to appoint the Chairman and Vice Chairmen of the Eastern Dak Lak Real Estate Club.

The establishment of the Eastern Dak Lak Real Estate Club is a strategic step, in line with the actual situation after the merger of Dak Lak and Phu Yen provinces, and at the same time, based on the legitimate aspirations of members operating in the real estate sector in the Eastern region of Dak Lak province (formerly Phu Yen province).

The Executive Committee voted to agree on the contents.

The club will be a gathering place for businesses, investors and real estate brokers operating in the Eastern Dak Lak region, to strengthen connections, share experiences, support each other in professional activities, create a space for exchange, learning, cooperation and mutual development.
