Herbalife Vietnam, one of the leading health and fitness companies, accompanied by Health and Life Newspaper , the Spokesperson of the Ministry of Health , organized the "I am healthier and more beautiful" contest in 2024 to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle in the community through practical challenges in knowledge and exercise.
The competition aims to inspire participants and audiences to develop healthy eating habits and exercise regularly to improve health and happiness.
The 2024 “Healthier and More Beautiful” competition will take place over three months with three rounds. Participants will be required to demonstrate their knowledge in the areas of nutrition, health and exercise and make positive physical changes. Candidates will also be directly tested on their knowledge in interactive sessions with leading experts. The 12 best candidates will be selected to participate in the final awards ceremony.
Journalist Tran Tuan Linh, Editor-in-Chief of Health and Life Newspaper and Head of the Organizing Committee of the contest, said: “In the world , each happiness index has different measurement methods with different purposes, but they all have a common criterion: “Health”. We can be not beautiful but still happy, but we cannot be happy with a beautiful body but poor health.
When we are healthy, the criteria for natural beauty are also more open with more standards. When we are healthy, we also want our relatives and friends to be healthy and optimistic like us. That is also the theme and message of this year's "I am healthier and more beautiful" contest: Together healthy, Together beautiful, Together happy".

The “I am healthier and more beautiful” contest was first held in 2022 and continued in 2023 with more than 2,000 candidates participating each year. The contest simultaneously reaches millions of viewers nationwide.
“The sponsorship of this contest is part of a long-term strategic partnership between Herbalife and Health and Life Newspaper to implement initiatives that help more people live healthier every day and achieve their long-term health and fitness goals.
We hope that the “I Am Healthier and More Beautiful” contest in 2024 will continue to be strongly welcomed by contestants and audiences across the country and will make a practical contribution to inspiring many people in the community to adopt healthy eating and exercise habits to become a better version of themselves,” said Mr. Vu Van Thang, General Director of Herbalife Vietnam and Cambodia.
Season 3 of the "I am healthier and more beautiful" contest in 2024 is open to all Vietnamese citizens aged 18 and over with a total prize of up to 180 million VND.
