The People's Committee of Hai Phong City requires the direction and organization of the implementation of tasks and solutions to build and develop literature and art to closely follow Conclusion No. 84-KL/TW dated June 21, 2024 of the Politburo and Plan No. 414-KH/TU dated November 21, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, specifically defining the tasks and responsibilities of agencies, units, localities and implementation roadmap.
