Ha Tinh enhances data digitization, creating a breakthrough in digital transformation

DNVN - On September 5, the Department of Science and Technology of Ha Tinh province held a conference to unify the direction of implementing breakthrough solutions in OCR-AI science and technology, promoting data creation for digital transformation and the model of the Public Administration Service Center according to new standards.

In the conference, the Institute of Technology Application and Human Resource Development Training (ITAT) participated as a technology partner, a companion unit and directly introduced OCR-AI solutions for intelligent electronic data extraction, promoting the construction of databases and "Digital Station" models at Public Administration Service Centers across the province.

At the meeting, Mr. Ha Trong Nhan - Director of ITAT, presented in detail the OCR-AI solution with the ability to digitize and intelligently extract electronic data to promote data creation for comprehensive digital transformation in accordance with Resolution 214/NQ-CP of the Government .

The solution also integrates breakthrough features to help process administrative procedures quickly and transparently, minimize manual errors, and reduce travel for people, thereby aiming to build a modern public administration service center and comprehensive digital transformation. This solution is also considered to effectively support in reducing the workload for officials, while improving the quality of service for people and businesses.

Discussions focused on studying the possibility of applying OCR-AI in the process of receiving, processing and returning results at public administrative service centers, its applicability, necessity and finding breakthrough solutions in current database construction issues.

Most delegates highly appreciated the solutions and practical applications as well as the experience and technology transfer capacity of ITAT in implementing practical digital transformation solutions. In addition, the conference also raised a number of issues such as technical infrastructure, storage, and current connection synchronization.

With high determination in the digital transformation process, Ha Tinh province and the Department of Science and Technology have clearly demonstrated their strategic vision, pioneering spirit and innovation in the context of the whole country entering the era of comprehensive digital transformation. The research and development of OCR-AI solutions for data extraction, promoting the creation of data systems as well as applications in administrative procedure settlement are expected to improve the quality of service for people and businesses. This activity is also in line with the spirit of Resolution 57 on science, technology development, innovation and digital transformation; associated with Resolution 68 on promoting the private economy; and at the same time implementing Resolution 214 on data creation and exploitation, towards a transparent digital government that effectively serves people and businesses.
