Along with that, the proposals and recommendations of the Chairman of the grassroots trade union were approved by the business owner, clearly demonstrating the role of the trade union organization in grasping the thoughts and aspirations of employees, promptly providing appropriate solutions for negotiation, convincing employers appropriately, improving the working environment, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations.
According to Ms. Phi Thi Loan, Head of the Dinh Vu Industrial Park Trade Union Presidents Club, the club's membership does not cover all potential staff and it is difficult to retain dedicated members when they change jobs. The club recommends that the City Labor Federation increase the organization of training courses on applying digital transformation in trade union work, regularly organize tours and study activities of typical trade unions to spread good experiences and effective practices.
With suggestions from the clubs, comrade Le Thi Thanh Thuy, Vice President of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation, said that the unit is continuing to study and supplement and amend the Operating Regulations, expanding the membership of the Grassroots Union Presidents Club (including Vice Presidents and Executive Committee members who are enthusiastic, responsible, and have potential) and adding a mechanism to maintain old members who have actively contributed to the common activities of the clubs.
