
The program will select Vietnamese products and services of enterprises, cooperatives... with legal business registration according to regulations, including products and services of enterprises with foreign investment capital and Vietnamese origin, meeting the criteria of the Program Organizing Committee.

Service groups: Finance, banking, tax, insurance, payment, e-commerce platform, Tourism, restaurants, hotels, resorts; Education , training; Telecommunications, information technology; Transportation, logistics; Media, event organization...
According to the Organizing Committee, the voting program is implemented in two forms: online on the connection portal "Binhchonhangviet.com.vn" and online communication activities; At the same time, direct voting activities are organized in residential areas, crowded public places, supermarket systems and commercial centers with many Vietnamese Goods brands, businesses, wards and communes in the area. The implementation period takes place from July to November 2025.
The City assigned the Department of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments and branches to carry out propaganda work on the purpose, meaning and main activities of the voting program in many forms with appropriate time and space so that the program can spread widely to businesses and consumers.
The program "Voting for Vietnamese products loved by consumers" in 2024 was held from July 2024, with the registration of nearly 200 enterprises. After reviewing the documents, the program selected 276 products of 142 enterprises that met the conditions and criteria for voting.
Through the results of consumer voting and the Jury's scoring, 150 products and services of 142 enterprises (belonging to 18 product and service groups) were recognized by the Steering Committee of the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" in Hanoi as reaching the Top of Vietnamese products loved by consumers in 2024. Of which, Top 1 has 25 products; Top 2 has 35 products; Top 3 has 40 products; Top 4 has 50 products.
