Removing obstacles in the land clearance of 3 intersections and the Van Ninh expressway overpass

Three overpass and intersection locations are still stuck with site clearance, affecting the progress of the main route of the Van Ninh - Cam Lo expressway project in June 2025. The locality is making efforts to hand over the remaining site in March.

The North-South Expressway project, Van Ninh - Cam Lo section, has a total length of more than 65.5km, of which the section through Quang Binh province is more than 33km, passing through Quang Ninh and Le Thuy districts; the section through Quang Tri province is more than 32.5km, passing through Vinh Linh, Gio Linh and Cam Lo districts.

The project has 2 construction packages, of which construction package XL1 (Km 675+400 - Km 708+350) is located in Quang Binh province, constructed by the joint venture of Truong Thinh Group Joint Stock Company - Truong Son Construction Corporation - Construction Joint Stock Company 368.

Construction package XL2 (Km 708+350 - Km 740+884) is located in Quang Tri province, constructed by a joint venture of Truong Thinh Group Joint Stock Company - Construction Transport Joint Stock Company No. 1 - Railway Construction Corporation Joint Stock Company.

According to the Ho Chi Minh Road Project Management Board, the project started on January 1, 2023 and was completed in December 2025 (the adjusted schedule strives to complete in June 2025). The project's construction output to date has reached about 78%.

Currently, contractors are taking advantage of favorable weather to deploy a series of construction projects, organizing construction in "3 shifts, 4 teams", striving to basically complete the main route's traffic on June 30.
