On September 7, Secondary School Cluster No. 12, Hung Yen Department of Education and Training, in coordination with Vu Thu Commune Education Block, organized a training conference on applying artificial intelligence AI in education.
This is one of the key activities of the Hung Yen education sector to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on orientations for science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation development.
The training session attracted the participation of more than 500 trainees who are teachers working at 31 primary, secondary and high schools in Secondary School Professional Cluster No. 12, Hung Yen Department of Education and Training.

At the training session, trainees were trained in the following topics: Introduction, providing basic information on principles, nature, ethics, and responsibility of using AI; instructions on some AI tools that effectively support the management, teaching, and learning process; skills in using AI technology in training management, data processing, and planning; skills in using AI technology in lesson design, slide design, tests, classroom management, consulting support, and career guidance; practice applying skills in using AI tools in practice...
Sharing with Education and Times Newspaper, Ms. Doan Thi Thu Ha, Principal of Vu Thu Secondary School (Vu Thu Commune, Hung Yen) said that AI is proving to play an important role in many aspects of education, from designing, organizing teaching activities, testing and evaluation to reducing administrative work, creating conditions for teachers to focus more on students.
In teaching, AI can analyze students' learning data to recommend appropriate content, methods and materials, contributing to personalized learning. AI also supports teachers in creating multimedia lectures, designing engaging interactive activities, stimulating students' interest and creativity.

In particular, in testing and assessment, AI allows automatic scoring, analysis of results, and detailed and objective feedback. This helps teachers have a more comprehensive view of students' abilities, promptly adjust teaching methods, and improve fairness in assessment.
“The training session helps equip managers and teachers with basic knowledge and skills to effectively apply AI in management, teaching, testing and assessment, contributing to improving professional capacity and meeting the requirements of educational innovation in the context of digital transformation,” said the Principal of Vu Thu Secondary School.
