During the cultural exchange night, officers and soldiers were informed about the 77-year tradition of building, fighting and growing of the provincial armed forces.

Over the past 77 years, under the leadership of the Party, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense , the Party Committee of Military Region 2 Command, and directly the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee, the provincial armed forces have always promoted the nature and tradition of Uncle Ho's soldiers, always upholding the spirit of revolutionary vigilance, being ready to fight, receiving and excellently completing all assigned tasks, cultivating the tradition of "Loyalty - Solidarity - Courage - Victory".

The cultural exchange program "Warm Army-Civilian Love" with nearly 20 cultural and folk dance performances by officers and soldiers of the provincial Military Command and the women's association, and twinned units with content about the Party, great Uncle Ho, the heroic Vietnam People's Army, the revolutionary homeland of Tuyen Quang and the tradition of the provincial armed forces.
