Meeting of the Content and Emulation and Reward Subcommittee - The First Patriotic Emulation Congress of Tuyen Quang Province

On the morning of September 4, the Content and Emulation and Reward Subcommittee - the First Patriotic Emulation Congress of Tuyen Quang province, period 2025 - 2030 held a meeting to deploy tasks. Comrade Nguyen Manh Tuan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Subcommittee chaired the meeting; also attending were leaders of member departments and branches.

The meeting listened to the progress report of the Subcommittee on the implementation of its tasks; approved the Action Plan, assigned specific tasks to members of the Content and Emulation and Reward Subcommittee to assist the Organizing Committee of the First Patriotic Emulation Congress of Tuyen Quang Province. At the same time, members discussed and added opinions to the draft content of the Congress program; draft summary report of the patriotic emulation movement of Tuyen Quang Province for the period 2020 - 2025; directions and solutions to implement the emulation movement for the period 2025 - 2030; draft Program to launch the emulation movement for the period 2025 - 2030; expected list of reports and list of proposed rewards.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized: The First Patriotic Emulation Congress of Tuyen Quang Province is an important political event of the province. Therefore, the organization of the Congress must closely follow the direction of the Central Committee and the Central Emulation and Reward Council; highlighting that the Congress takes place in the new context, space, and conditions of a new province. Therefore, the preparation work must be carried out carefully from the development of documents, content, programs, and emulation and reward work. In addition, the Content and Emulation and Reward Subcommittee needs to proactively coordinate with other subcommittees to serve the successful organization of the Congress.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Manh Tuan, requested the members of the Subcommittee to focus their intelligence and build a quality summary report on the patriotic emulation movement, closely linked to the political tasks of the province and the emulation movements, thereby praising, encouraging and motivating the people, typical and advanced factors; at the same time, pointing out the limitations that need to be overcome and having solutions in the new period. For the program to launch the emulation movement for the period of 2025-2030, it is necessary to clearly indicate the target for the whole period; coordinate and prepare well the presentations at the Congress.
