On the other hand, strengthen inspection and examination to promptly detect and handle violations of laws on taxes, fees, charges, land, and public assets.

Regarding the collection of non- agricultural land use tax, the leader of Phan Thiet Ward People's Committee proposed a solution: After receiving the notice of non-agricultural land use tax from the tax department, the Ward People's Committee will deploy and guide the tax collection officers (neighborhood) if implementing the electronic receipt type, to quickly collect on schedule and prevent loss of state budget revenue.

In addition, the ward will continue to monitor and evaluate the implementation of the budget collection plan, promptly adjusting solutions to suit the actual situation.

With synchronous, drastic and breakthrough solutions, the leaders of Phan Thiet Ward People's Committee believe that they will complete the assigned budget collection plan for 2025. At the same time, it will create a premise for collecting the state budget in 2026.

In 2025, Phan Thiet ward was assigned a budget of 197,112 billion VND, of which the implemented base tax was more than 87.1 billion VND. The implementation results for 7 months of 2025, the ward collected more than 63.5 billion VND/87.1 billion VND, reaching 72.64%. The estimated collection by the end of 2025 is 97.1 billion VND/87.1 billion VND, reaching 111.39%. The total state budget revenue for the first 7 months of the year is 132,767 billion VND, reaching 67.35%.
