MB coordinates to organize a campaign to support the Cuban people.

Designed like a miniature social network, with just a few steps, users can initiate a fundraising campaign and own a transparent charity account with an automatic statement mechanism and real-time updates.

After more than four years of operation, the Charity Platform has become a "humanitarian bridge" in the digital age, trusted by many large organizations such as the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society , the National Volunteer Center, the Vietnam Children's Fund, the Vietnam Fund for Disabled Children, the Vietnam Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs, the Vietnam Association for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, etc., along with many social activists and prestigious individuals in resource mobilization such as the Head of the Raising Children project and the As if there had never been a separation project.

More than 2 million accounts are patriotic Vietnamese people, willing to share with the community, about 2,000 prestigious organizations and individuals accompanying many large-scale fundraising campaigns. In the 5 years since its launch in 2020, more than 7,750 fundraising campaigns have been launched from supporting people in natural disaster areas, poor but studious children, disadvantaged patients to environmental protection activities. The total amount of contributions reached approximately 2,000 billion VND, demonstrating the trust that society has in this digital humanitarian platform.

Not only stopping at fundraising, the Charity Platform also digitizes thousands of situations in need of help on a digital map, helping the community to directly access and send timely support. Donors can search for charitable addresses or transparent community campaigns to accompany, track the amount of money they have contributed, where it went, to whom, when, update the progress of each campaign with images, detailed reports, or send direct messages.

Similarly, the HiGreen Truong Sa campaign with the message "Millions of green milestones - The fulcrum of trust" is expected to receive even stronger support from domestic and foreign organizations and individuals, joining hands for the common goal of 1 million green trees - 1 million trusts sent to the army and people of Truong Sa special zone. After more than 4 months of implementation, to date, MB has connected and mobilized more than 60,000 organizations and individuals to join, with more than 70,000 donations, reaching approximately 75 billion VND.

Recently, the Philanthropy Platform Project participated in the nomination for the global award World Summit Awards 2025. This award aims to search for and promote digital innovations that have a positive impact on society at the local level, while contributing to the implementation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).

The success of the Charity Platform is further enhanced by the advantages of MB's digital ecosystem. With nearly 33 million customers regularly using the MBBank App, of which more than 98% of transactions are conducted entirely on the digital platform, humanitarian campaigns have the opportunity to quickly and widely reach the community. This not only helps MB affirm its technological capacity and digital vision, but also contributes to realizing the goal of sustainable development, where technology becomes a bridge of compassion.
