According to information from Vingroup Corporation, less than 24 hours after the unit announced a lawsuit against 68 domestic and foreign organizations and individuals posting false information about the corporation on the Internet, more than 50 channels or social networking sites proactively removed fabricated and distorted clips and content.
Specifically, the 50 channels or pages above belong to social networking platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube... some of which are on the list of 68 subjects sued by Vingroup. Some of the 50 account owners above have proactively posted public apologies and corrections on their personal channels and pages. Others have sent letters of apology to Vingroup and the authorities.
Specifically, the channel of commentator Doan Chinh BDS posted an apology and correction. Some pages have removed or hidden videos related to Vingroup such as Fake Stories, Linh Lam Bao News, Loa Phuong Podcast Official, Tin Moi, 8win.tin.tuc.tong.hop...
Currently, according to information from Vingroup, some information sites are actively reviewing and removing bad, harmful and false content about Vingroup. This move is positive, showing that those who spread false information have recognized and actively corrected their mistakes.
Regarding the progress of the lawsuit, according to information from Vingroup, apart from a few account holders such as Phuong Ngo, Hoang Dung... who need to collect more information, the majority are close to completing pre-litigation procedures to submit to local courts in the countries where the account holders reside.
In addition, the lawsuit against Phil Dong has been filed in the Toronto Superior Court in Canada and has been accepted.

In the posted apology clip, the owner of the BLV Doan Chinh BDS channel said that he had recently posted 15 videos related to Vingroup.
When reviewing the videos he posted, the channel owner said he clearly saw that he had violated two items in Vingroup's lawsuit request: false information related to financial situation and legal and political issues.
The channel owner affirms that he has no malicious intent to defame Vingroup or any individual, and does not receive any benefits from spreading this information or being enticed by other organizations or individuals to do this. The owner of the BLV Doan Chinh BDS channel said that he made this clip to officially correct and apologize to Vingroup Corporation, its leaders and employees who were affected. He apologized to all viewers who followed the channel but received unverified information and apologized to the community for contributing to the spread of fake news.
To remedy the situation, the channel owner said that he immediately took action to remove all videos related to Vingroup that were suspected of having incorrect content; made this correction video and will keep it public forever so that everyone can clearly see his goodwill. At the same time, the channel owner pledged to only use information sources from official press, authorities and transparent documents and pledged to completely stop the violation and not repeat it.
Speaking in the apology clip, the channel owner said that although he did not know if he was on the list of people being sued, he hoped Vingroup and the audience would acknowledge his goodwill to make amends. The channel owner also said that he did not avoid it, but was willing to cooperate and take responsibility for his mistakes.
