The Provincial Youth Union has implemented the Programon educating revolutionary ideals, ethics, and cultural lifestyles for youth, teenagers, and children in cyberspace, period 2022 - 2030 in the province. It has directed the provincial Youth Union bases to effectively promote the use of cyberspace in the Union's propaganda and education activities. The Provincial Youth Union has built a database of modern media products including infographics and motion graphics to serve the education of youth, teenagers, and children in cyberspace.
Effectively deploy the campaign "One good news a day, one beautiful story a week" on social networks with thousands of good news and beautiful stories on social networks spread among union members and young people; organize conferences to foster and train communication skills in digital transformation; provide instructions on the use of applications and tools for modern communication work (ChatGPT, Capcut, Tiktok)... for specialized union cadres and grassroots union secretaries, helping union cadres grasp the skills of editing, providing information, managing fanpages, and improving the ability to apply information technology to serve communication work in cyberspace.
Promote the implementation of the Campaign "Civilized Behavior in Cyberspace" with 4 rules "Compliance, Health, Safety, Responsibility" to build ethical standards, educate awareness, create positive habits of behavior in cyberspace for union members, youth and children. Build a column, periodically post 1 infographic every week with content about 1 article in the Law on Cyber Security, Code of Conduct on Social Networks and other laws related to youth, teenagers and children.

Communication work on fanpages is also specified by the provincial youth union organizations by designing and posting images in the form of infographics, video clips, and electronic notebooks (flipbooks) in the form of newsletters reflecting activities visually and vividly, especially youth newsletters about Spring volunteer activities, Youth Month, Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, etc.
Mr. Hoang Van Thai, Secretary of the Muong La District Youth Union, shared: The district Youth Union established a monitoring and quick response team to capture information to edit articles on social networking sites. Recently, the youth union organizations in the district have edited and posted nearly 30 articles and images refuting false information about the policy of eliminating temporary houses, the 2-level local government model, agricultural product prices during the harvest season, etc. Thereby, helping the Youth Union members understand correctly and clearly about the practical issues that are happening; proactively screening, identifying, and removing comments about bad and toxic information, and receiving positive information on cyberspace.
