In the gold bar market, today's gold price on July 22, 2025 of SJC in Hanoi continued to maintain an upward trend in the selling direction, listed at 120.0 million VND/tael (buy) and 122.0 million VND/tael (sell), with the selling direction increasing by 500 thousand VND/tael.
Similarly, DOJI Group also recorded a similar increase, pushing the selling price to 122.0 million VND/tael and the buying price to 120.0 million VND/tael, an increase of 500 thousand VND/tael in the selling direction. Vietinbank Gold listed the selling price at 122.0 million VND/tael, an increase of 500 thousand VND/tael.
Gold prices of other major brands are on the rise
Other gold brands are also not out of the growth trend. At Mi Hong, gold prices increased by 300 thousand VND/tael in both directions, reaching 120.8 million VND/tael (buy) and 121.8 million VND/tael (sell).
Notably, PNJ had the most dramatic increase, with the price of gold bars increasing by VND900,000/tael for buying and VND1 million/tael for selling, bringing the price to VND116.0 million/tael (buying) and VND119.0 million/tael (selling), providing an attractive option for investors seeking profits.
Bao Tin Minh Chau recorded gold bar prices at 120.0 million VND/tael (buy) and 121.5 million VND/tael (sell), remaining unchanged compared to the previous session in both trading directions.
Meanwhile, Phu Quy listed the price of SJC gold at 119.5 million VND/tael (buy), an increase of 300 thousand VND/tael, and 122.0 million VND/tael (sell), a sharp increase of 800 thousand VND/tael.
9999 gold ring price increased sharply by half a million dong
As of 3:00 p.m. today, the price of 9999 Hung Thinh Vuong round gold rings at DOJI is listed at 116.6-119.1 million VND/tael (buy - sell); an increase of 500 thousand VND/tael in both buying and selling directions compared to yesterday. The difference between buying and selling prices is at 2.5 million VND/tael.

World gold price, at 10:00 on July 22, 2025 (Vietnam time), the world spot gold price was at 3,390.0 USD/ounce. Today's gold price decreased by 5.7 USD. Converted according to the USD exchange rate at Vietcombank (26,320 VND/USD), the world gold price is about 111.89 million VND/tael (excluding taxes and fees). Compared with the domestic SJC gold bar price on the same day (120.0-122.0 million VND/tael), the current SJC gold price is about 10.11 million higher than the international gold price.

In fact, immediately after CPM Group’s recommendation, gold prices quickly surpassed the $3,375 mark on July 11, peaking at $3,381.60. In recent trading days, gold prices have fluctuated between $3,326.1 and $3,389.3. CPM Group predicts that gold prices may continue to hover around $3,320 to $3,400 for the next few days, before possibly breaking above $3,400 and aiming for $3,425 or even higher by mid-August.
The World Gold Council (WGC) also made an even more impressive forecast when it said that the gold price today, July 22, 2025, could witness a significant growth, even reaching the $4,000/ounce mark by the end of this year. However, the WGC also noted that this growth depends on many factors such as whether the world political situation is unstable or not, and major developments in the global economy.

Spot silver rose 0.6% to $38.39 an ounce, platinum rose 1.8% to $1,447.3 an ounce, while palladium rose 1.5% to $1,259 an ounce.
