Prices of pork products today, July 2, remained stable at 119,922 - 163,122 VND/kg at WinMart stores and 89,000 - 190,000 VND/kg at Ha Hien Fresh Food Company.
According to a survey on the morning of July 2, the price of Meat Deli chilled pork from winmart.vn is still stable at around 119,922 - 163,122 VND/kg and is being discounted by 20% under the preferential program for WinMart members.
Of which, pork belly is currently priced at 163,122 VND/kg, the highest among the products here. Next are lean pork and boneless pork leg, with prices of 157,520 VND/kg and 127,922 VND/kg respectively.
Pork prices at Ha Hien Food Company remained quiet this morning. Currently, pork products are sold at prices ranging from 89,000 - 190,000 VND/kg.
Of which, pork ribs, pork tails and pork belly are currently the products with the highest prices, listed at VND190,000/kg, VND176,000/kg and VND166,000/kg respectively. Following are two products, pork shoulder and pork ribs, with prices of VND136,000/kg and VND134,000/kg respectively.
After many days of stable prices, this morning, the price of live pigs decreased in most provinces and cities in the North. Currently, live pigs in this area are purchased at a price of 68,000 - 69,000 VND/kg. Of which, Hai Phong is the only locality recording a price of 69,000 VND/kg, the highest in the region.
In the Central Highlands region, live pigs continued to decrease by 1,000 VND/kg this morning. Accordingly, live pigs in the Central region are being traded in the range of 66,000 - 70,000 VND/kg. Specifically, Lam Dong is the locality with live pig prices reaching 70,000 VND/kg, the highest in the region. On the contrary, the lowest level in the country is 66,000 VND/kg recorded in Gia Lai .
The price of live pigs in the Southern market continued to be adjusted in some localities this morning. After the adjustment, live pigs in this area were bought and sold at 69,000 - 71,000 VND/kg.
Thus, the South is currently the region with the highest pork price in the country, with 71,000 VND/kg appearing in Ca Mau province.
