Nearly 70 people participated in firefighting and rescue practice at the seafood company.

On the afternoon of July 25, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Region 5 under the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department (PCCC) and Rescue - Khanh Hoa Provincial Police coordinated with Australis Vietnam Seafood Company Limited (Group 5 Dong Hoa, Dong Ninh Hoa Ward) to organize a fire fighting and rescue drill, with the participation of nearly 70 people from related units.

The hypothetical situation shows that the company's food storage and office area caught fire due to an electrical equipment failure. With a large amount of flammable materials such as packaging, wood, fabric, paper and electrical equipment, the fire spread quickly, threatening to spread to surrounding areas. As soon as it was discovered, the fire prevention and rescue force quickly took action: Sounding the alarm to let everyone know the situation; turning off the circuit breaker in the fire area; calling the company's leaders, professional forces, local authorities, ward police and support units; cutting off power to the problem area. At the same time, using fire extinguishers and on-site fire suppression systems to put out the fire, evacuate victims and guide employees to escape safely, and move assets to a safe place.

In a hypothetical situation where a fire is discovered, company employees quickly move to safety.

Professional firefighters deployed fire fighting teams and quickly rescued the injured.

Upon receiving the news, the professional fire fighting force dispatched two fire trucks and dozens of officers and soldiers to the scene. After a short time of fire fighting efforts, the fire was completely extinguished. Some people injured by inhaling toxic gas or moving property were successfully rescued by the authorities.

According to the assessment of the Commander of the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Region 5, the exercise took place safely and closely to the reality at the facility. This exercise not only improved the standing and combat readiness of professional and grassroots forces, but also enhanced coordination between units in fire fighting, evacuation guidance, search and rescue, and at the same time contributed to raising awareness of fire prevention and rescue, and strengthening the ability of on-site forces to respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations.
