At the meeting, the People's Committee of Nam Nha Trang Ward informed the people about: Objectives, scale and scope of the project; area and area of recovered land; project implementation time; compensation and support policies; regulations on compensation and support when the State recovers land; specific compensation prices for each type of land and property; resettlement arrangement plan; resettlement arrangement process and procedures...
After hearing the relevant information, the people all affirmed their support for the State's policies and guidelines when implementing the project to develop the local socio -economy, build a synchronous urban system, and contribute to making Khanh Hoa soon become a centrally-run city. At the same time, the people also had some opinions suggesting increasing the compensation and support levels and considering employment support policies for those affected by the project; adding some types of crops to the compensation and support list; land origin verification process... Representatives of the People's Committee of Nam Nha Trang Ward and the Ward Land Fund Development Center recorded all opinions and recommendations of the people, and at the same time answered some recommendations within their authority.

The Nha Trang City Mixed Urban Area Project is invested by Ha Long Sun Company Limited and Ha Long Asean Tourism Joint Stock Company. The project has a land use scale of more than 226.7 hectares in Nam Nha Trang ward. The population is about 20,000 people; the total investment capital is more than 17,330 billion VND. Of which, the project implementation cost is more than 16,270 billion VND; the compensation, support and resettlement cost is about 1,059 billion VND. Up to now, the People's Committee of Nam Nha Trang ward has paid compensation and support to people in 2 phases with a total cost of 95 billion VND.
