In its first edition, the contest attracted nearly 150 contestants, with 144 dishes. Many of the contestants were culinary directors, lecturers, students, head chefs, head chefs, main chefs, etc. from 5-star hotels, restaurants, eateries, farms, universities, and colleges across the country.

After the competition, many delicious dishes will be added to the menus of restaurants and hotels in the future. At the same time, it will contribute to building menus combined with local specialties, developing street food, party food...



The contest is also an opportunity to connect and promote Lam Dong agricultural products and other regions of the country, contributing to the development of the night tourism economy of the new Lam Dong province tourism industry.
Thereby, contributing to the goal of building Da Lat, Phan Thiet, Gia Nghia as smart tourist destinations, developing culinary tourism by using vegetables, medicinal plants, seafood into macrobiotic dishes, connecting agricultural products from farm to table.

Also at the event, a cooperation signing ceremony took place between Lam Dong Kitchen Association and training facilities to develop high-quality human resources in the culinary field.

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize for Team to Dong Nai Tourism Joint Stock Company. The First Prize for Individual went to Chef Nguyen Van Dai from Com Nieu Dat Viet.
