Promote diversification of distribution channels
At the first annual shareholders' meeting after becoming a public company, F88's leaders emphasized the vision of making F88 a model that exists in parallel with banks, to fill the gap between the formal financial system and black credit.
The congress also approved the target of 43% growth in outstanding loans, reaching VND5,238 billion (excluding CIMB outstanding loans that F88 manages assets), expected revenue of VND3,600 billion, growth of 33% and pre-tax profit increasing by 50%, at VND673 billion.
“We believe that 2025 will continue to be a year of growth for the consumer finance industry, especially in the low-income customer segment, which has not yet been fully served by the traditional banking system,” said Mr. Phung Anh Tuan, Chairman of F88 .
To implement the above plan, F88 will expand its network of points of sale in potential areas to reach new customers while optimizing the efficiency of existing transaction offices. Currently, F88 has completed its plan to expand its network to 889 transaction points in just the first 6 months of 2025.

To diversify distribution channels, F88 will promote online lending channels. Accordingly, the My F88 application is expected to help the company streamline operations, improve services, shorten processing times, enhance customer experience and increase self-service rates.
F88's CEO shared that My F88 is a financial application that integrates both mortgage loans and can provide services such as insurance, installment payments and personal credit products. This is a step that helps F88 become a pioneer in digitizing alternative financial models, creating conditions for customers to access capital more quickly, transparently and conveniently.
In addition to expanding its core business of mortgage lending, F88 will also promote the distribution of insurance products through cooperation with major partners such as BMI, PVI, BSH, etc. Mr. Tuan emphasized: "We do not simply provide basic credit products but aim to provide diverse financial services and utilities to customers."
In addition, F88 also builds a foundation for growth by expanding cooperation with funding partners to reduce funding costs. Regarding human resources, F88 also focuses on improving the capacity of employees nationwide and identifies a strong workforce as a key factor for the company to implement strategic initiatives, promote innovation to provide quality services to customers, especially in a business with many prejudices and rapid digitalization. The combination of these activities is expected to help F88 develop sustainably step by step.
Listed on UPCoM in the third quarter
F88's leadership representative said the company is completing the necessary procedures to trade shares on UPCoM in the third quarter of 2025. This is an important step in the company's strategy, aiming to standardize governance according to good practices and access long-term capital flows from the stock market.
The company's leaders emphasized that registering to trade on UPCoM will be a "test" for the business to better understand the expectations of the investing public and at the same time create an opportunity for investors to evaluate F88's operating model before IPO on the official listing floor.

According to the business registration certificate, F88 does not have the function of mobilizing deposits, so F88's capital mainly comes from its own capital, bond loans, and foreign loans. Gradually approaching the stock market will open up opportunities to mobilize long-term capital to invest in business activities, expand the ecosystem and increase value for both businesses and the community.
The General Meeting of Shareholders also approved many important proposals, including the plan to issue bonus shares at a ratio of 1:12, helping to increase liquidity and expand access opportunities for individual investors. This is also a move to prepare for the stock trading process on UPCoM in the near future.
The congress elected additional members of the Board of Directors for a new term, including two independent members, one of whom is a representative of TIDLOR Finance Company - a unit operating a model similar to F88 and has achieved success in Thailand. The consolidation of the management apparatus towards transparency, with the participation of independent members and representatives of major shareholders is expected to contribute to strengthening F88's corporate governance foundation in the post-listing period.
