EVNCPC won 5 Vietnam Science and Technology Innovation Awards in 2024

DNO - On January 23, the Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) said that the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA) has just announced the results of the Vietnam Science and Technology Innovation Award (VIFOTEC) 2024. Of which, EVNCPC has 5 projects submitted to the competition, all of which won awards.

Specifically, EVNCPC won 2 Second Prizes, 2 Third Prizes and 1 Encouragement Prize. The winning projects include: Second Prize: Building a tool to integrate data from the EVN PMIS technical management program and automatically drawing lines to initialize and edit medium-voltage grid data on GIS maps by the group of authors Truong Tung Chau, Nguyen Dinh Tuan, Pham Ngoc Quang, Ho Quoc Viet, Nguyen Van Minh of Da Nang Power Company Limited; Researching, designing and manufacturing a simulation set of Recloser and LBS stations on the medium-voltage grid by the group of authors Truong Minh Tu, Luong Quoc Trong, Le Tran Hoang Viet, Vo Nhu Vu, Pham Thien - Da Nang Power Company Limited.

Third Prize: Research, calculation and analysis of optimal solutions for managing low-voltage grid output currents by the group of authors Le Hong Cuong, Nguyen Dinh Tuan, Vo Van Phuong, Nguyen Van Hieu, Nguyen Cong Minh of Da Nang Electricity Company Limited.

Encouragement Prize: Research on building a warning system for power outages at public transformer stations due to circuit breaker tripping via Eoffice chat by the group of authors Le Hong Cuong, Huynh Thao Nguyen, Phan Quang Tu of Da Nang Power Company Limited and Duong Minh Kiet of Central Power Information Technology Company.
