On June 18, Da Nang International Airport announced that it had just completed decorating the international terminal of Da Nang airport in response to the event of international artist G-Dragon coming to Vietnam.

The "Welcome VIP" campaign at the international terminal of Da Nang airport aims to welcome the "King of Kpop", an artist with global influence in many fields of fashion , art and popular culture.

The decorations at the station are inspired by the image of the daisy - a symbol associated with G-Dragon, from the exterior landscape to the waiting room, information desk to the staff uniforms are all associated with this image.

The ideas are all aimed at connecting with the international fan community of Korean artists. In recent days, visitors at the international terminal were surprised when Da Nang airport quickly "caught the trend" of G-Dragon coming to Vietnam.

Previously, in 2023, Da Nang International Airport also launched the "Pink Terminal" campaign - "dying" the entire terminal pink to welcome the BlackPink band to Vietnam.

Activities associated with this major entertainment event have created a strong ripple effect among the music fan and tourist community.

According to Da Nang International Airport, welcoming pop culture icons like G-Dragon is a way to connect with tourists, especially young people, keep up with trends and develop the friendly and hospitable identity of Da Nang airport.
