According to Decision No. 419/QD-UBND signed and issued on July 18, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the company over 9,300 m2 of land. Of which, land was allocated without land use fee for an area of over 1,500 m2 to build a sub-zone traffic route. Land was allocated with land use fee for an area of over 2,900 m2 for residential purposes (building apartment buildings). Land was leased with one-time land rent payment for the entire lease term with an area of over 4,900 m2 for public purposes. The form of land allocation and lease was without auctioning land use rights, without bidding to select investors.
According to the capacity and experience profile approved by the Provincial People's Committee, the above project includes 30 floors, a maximum of 922 apartments, capable of accommodating more than 2,000 people. In addition, the project also includes a commercial service area and a kindergarten. The project has a total estimated investment of more than 1.3 trillion VND, of which the construction investment cost is nearly 1.3 trillion VND, the rest is compensation and resettlement support costs.
