The district has proactively integrated resources from key programs (such as new rural construction, sustainable poverty reduction, etc.) to support people in developing production. The promotion of the application of scientific and technical advances, the transfer of advanced farming processes, and support for the construction of production models according to VietGAP and organic standards have been closely directed by Party committees and authorities at all levels.
In addition, localities also actively mobilize and encourage farmers to participate in chain linkage models, linking production with consumption, and increasing the added value of agricultural products.
Currently, the whole district has nearly 3,900 hectares of tea, of which over 2,400 hectares are produced according to VietGAP and organic standards. The fruit tree area reaches 1,700 hectares, of which nearly 100 hectares meet VietGAP standards.
