Comrade Vo Van Luc, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, surveyed and grasped the situation of propaganda and mass mobilization work in Phong Hiep commune.

On the afternoon of August 18, 2025, comrade Vo Van Luc, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, and the working delegation came to work and survey the implementation of propaganda and mass mobilization tasks from the beginning of 2025 to present in Phong Hiep commune.

At the working session , the delegation listened to the Phong Hiep Commune Party Committee report on the implementation of propaganda and mass mobilization tasks from the beginning of 2025 to present; the dissemination, propaganda and implementation of the Party's resolutions; the supervision of the dissemination and implementation of the conclusions of the 12th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee; the implementation of the arrangement of the apparatus and operation of the local government at 2 levels.... Since the beginning of the year, Phong Hiep Commune has organized 15 sessions to study and disseminate the directives and resolutions of the Central and Provincial Governments and the Resolution of the 1st Commune Party Congress, term 2025-2030, at 27 Party cells. At the same time, Phong Hiep Commune has organized many visual propaganda and agitation activities, creating an exciting atmosphere and trust among cadres, Party members and people towards the Congress. Slogans, billboards, and banners are hung along main roads, combined with propaganda on the radio system and through party cell and union activities.

Propaganda work before, during and after the Congress has always been given attention, under the regular supervision and direction of the Party Committee and the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee. The Party Committee has focused on selecting appropriate propaganda content, focusing on outstanding achievements in socio-economic development, building the political system, and affirming the leadership role of the Party. The working delegation acknowledged the commune's initiative in orienting public opinion, fighting against false and distorted information, especially on cyberspace, contributing to ensuring political stability and social order. Implementing the policy of reorganizing the two-level government apparatus, Phong Hiep commune has seriously implemented it, according to the roadmap. The Party Committee and the People's Committee of the commune focused on perfecting the streamlined apparatus, operating effectively and efficiently; reviewing, arranging and organizing the staff and civil servants in accordance with their capacity and strengths.

During the implementation process, the commune pays special attention to ideological work, creating consensus among cadres, civil servants and people, minimizing disruption, ensuring the smooth operation of the apparatus, and serving well the task of local socio -economic development.

The work of grasping the ideological situation, mood, and public opinion among the people is regularly carried out by Phong Hiep commune. The system of reporters and social opinion collaborators operates in a disciplined manner, promptly reflecting the thoughts and aspirations of the people, helping the Party Committee and the government to have timely solutions, not allowing hot spots to arise. Especially, in the context of preparing for the Party Congress, the work of orienting public opinion is given more importance, focusing on propagating major policies, guidelines, and development achievements of the locality, thereby consolidating people's trust in the leadership of the Party, creating social consensus.

Concluding the working session, comrade Vo Van Luc praised and highly appreciated the results achieved by Phong Hiep commune in propaganda and mass mobilization work since the beginning of the year. He emphasized that the commune has made great efforts in preparing for the Congress, supervising and orienting propaganda work, implementing the arrangement of the two-level government apparatus, as well as in grasping and orienting public opinion. He suggested that in the coming time, the Party Committee and the commune government continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness and creativity in performing tasks; strengthen the grasp of social thoughts and moods, promptly resolve arising issues right at the grassroots level; improve the effectiveness of mass mobilization work, promote the role of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, create consensus and broad support from the people.
