More than 50 people, including officers and soldiers of Na Ngoi Border Post and residents of Na Ngoi commune, participated in this mission. Due to the serious landslide on the road from Sop Phe village to Tha Do village, the mission team had to walk more than 10km through many dangerous, slippery and steep mountain forests to reach the damaged area.

In Tha Do village, the delegation assisted in cleaning up, removing mud, and removing belongings from the houses of the three most severely affected households. The majority of the households here are Khmu people, whose lives are still difficult, and after the flood, they are even more deprived.

Na Ngoi Border Guard Station and Na Ngoi commune people marched to approach Tha Do village.

Major Nguyen Dinh Trung, Deputy Political Commissar of Na Ngoi Border Guard Station, said: "Accessing the village after the flood was very difficult, but with the determination not to leave the people alone after the natural disaster, the officers, soldiers of the station and the people of Na Ngoi commune made efforts to march, together overcome the consequences, and help people stabilize their lives."

The urgent, timely and responsible intervention of Na Ngoi Border Guard Station, along with the Party Committee, government and people of Na Ngoi commune, has significantly contributed to helping Tha Do village quickly overcome the difficult period after the natural disaster, continuing to stabilize life and production.
