Household Textile Joint Stock Company operates in the field of manufacturing and trading textile products with a total of 573 employees; of which 5 are party members, 16 have been trained in Party membership awareness. Currently, the enterprise only has a grassroots trade union organization established in 2012; party members operate together at the Party Cell of the Household Department Block - Party Cell of Phong Phu Household Textile Joint Stock Company under the Party Committee of Phong Phu Joint Stock Corporation in Ho Chi Minh City. In the production and business process, the enterprise always pays attention to the activities of mass organizations, social security and takes good care of the lives of workers. Although there are 5 party members, the enterprise has not yet established a Party cell due to many objective and subjective reasons.

Through the survey, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested that enterprises overcome difficulties, obstacles and limitations in organizing Party activities at enterprises, thereby continuing to promote propaganda work, raising awareness of the Party among cadres, union members and workers, especially the political determination of enterprise leaders. At the same time, it is necessary to further improve the quality of activities of the Trade Union and Women's Union; pay attention to education and training of union members and outstanding workers to create a source of Party membership; review the quantity and grasp the needs of workers to consider and weigh the establishment of a Youth Union organization in enterprises.
