At the invitation of the Secretary of the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee (China), on the morning of June 11, the delegation of Lao Cai, Dien Bien, and Lai Chau provinces led by the Secretary of the Lao Cai, Dien Bien, and Lai Chau Provincial Party Committees attended the 4th Annual Conference between Provincial Party Secretaries and the 10th Meeting of the Joint Working Group between Lao Cai, Ha Giang , Lai Chau, and Dien Bien provinces (Vietnam) and Yunnan province (China) and departed through Lao Cai International Border Gate.

The delegation of Lao Cai province was led by comrade Dang Xuan Phong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; the delegation of Lai Chau province was led by comrade Giang Pao My, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; the delegation of Dien Bien province was led by comrade Tran Quoc Cuong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.
