Long Binh Communal House was built in 1880. It is an architectural work of art built on an area of 1,636 m2. The architecture of the communal house is decorated with unique patterns including the three-door gate, flagpole, altar, communal house yard, main hall, ancestral house, meeting house, shrine, guest house, warehouse, and kitchen. Long Binh Communal House holds a Spring ceremony in the middle of the second lunar month every year to pray for national peace and prosperity, favorable weather, good crops, prosperous villagers, and happy families. During the two resistance wars against French colonialism and American imperialism, Long Binh Communal House was a meeting place for local revolutionary bases, contributing to the struggle for national liberation and national unification.
Leaders of Ninh Phuoc District People's Committee and Provincial Museum awarded the provincial relic ranking certificate to representatives of Long Binh Communal House.
On April 25, 2024, the Chairman of Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 470/QD-UBND on ranking Long Binh Communal House as a provincial-level architectural and artistic relic. Assigning Ninh Phuoc District People's Committee to directly manage, protect, restore, and promote the values of the relic that has been ranked according to regulations.
