On his personal page, the Man City star shared moments of attending the event "Commando Squad 9", a reality show organized by a travel company in Croatia.
Upon acceptance, players are fully equipped with weapons, armor and transformed into members of the Special Forces to fight other players. This experience package starts at up to 7,000 pounds and lasts for several days.
Gvardiol posted photos of the Man City centre-back walking through fields, immersing himself in nature and even taking part in water activities. He shared on his personal page: "I always wanted to know what it would be like to be part of a special forces team and complete a real mission."

Gvardiol's experiences quickly caught the attention of fans. One fan happily commented: "The film industry is calling Gvardiol, this temperament is very suitable." While another joked: "Gvardiol looks like he just stepped out of the game Call of Duty."
Gvardiol is still enjoying a break after participating in the FIFA Club World Cup in the US with Man City in mid-June. While many Premier League teams have started training again, Man City and Chelsea are the two clubs that are still allowing players to rest.
Man City are scheduled to open their 2025/26 Premier League campaign away to Wolves.
