The content of the emulation campaign includes: Awareness, responsibility and highest determination: Focus on widely propagating to all cadres, soldiers of the provincial armed forces and people the policy of the Central Government, the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense on supporting the construction and repair of houses for people in Dien Bien province affected by natural disasters; the tradition of solidarity, military-civilian cohesion, building determination, overcoming all difficulties to excellently complete tasks, contributing to helping people quickly stabilize their lives.

  Competition targets include: Coordinate the completion of 80 new houses, renovate and repair 241 houses, completed by September 2025. Build and repair houses to ensure quality, in accordance with local conditions and customs.

Construction work is being urgently carried out by units.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Trung Dac emphasized that the emulation campaign is one of the key activities with practical significance to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. The emulation campaign is an important premise for the successful implementation of the goals and targets set by the Resolution on leadership in building housing for the people of the Dien Bien Provincial Military Party Committee. During the implementation process, we hope to receive the attention, leadership and direction of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dien Bien Province, the coordination of units and communes so that the Dien Bien Provincial Military Command can successfully complete its tasks as soon as possible.

To ensure progress and effectiveness, comrade Nguyen Trung Dac requested that officers and soldiers thoroughly grasp and fully understand the meaning and importance of the task, promote the spirit of self-reliance, self-improvement, initiative, creativity, initiative and volunteerism. Coordinate well with forces, departments, organizations and local authorities so that construction work is timely and on schedule, ensuring quality. Proactively advise to ensure full legal procedures according to regulations; urge and inspect construction progress and quality, promptly resolve arising problems. Strictly manage the number of troops, maintain strict compliance with State laws, military discipline, especially civil discipline.

The competition period is from August 30 to September 30, 2025.
