The Ministry of Education and Training has just announced the threshold to ensure input quality for health sectors with practice certificates and teacher training sectors in 2025.
Immediately after that, Nguyen Tat Thanh University also officially announced the minimum admission score for the Health block in 2025 based on the admission method using high school graduation exam scores and high school transcript scores.
Specifically, according to the announcement from the school's Admissions Council, for the admission method based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam, the highest floor score for Medicine and Dentistry is 20.5 points.
The minimum score for Pharmacy and Traditional Medicine is 19 points, while the minimum score for Preventive Medicine, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Technology, and Rehabilitation Technology is 17 points.

The school also notes to candidates that the floor score is the minimum score of all combinations of 3 exams/subjects, without multiplying the coefficient and regardless of the results of candidates studying the 2006 or 2018 program.
As for the admission method based on high school transcript results, the minimum score for Medicine and Dentistry this year is 23 points, followed by Pharmacy and Traditional Medicine at 21 points.
To be admitted to these 4 majors, candidates also need to meet the requirement of having excellent academic performance throughout grade 12.
For the majors of Preventive Medicine, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Technology, and Rehabilitation Technology, the minimum score is 19 points, and candidates must meet the requirement of good academic performance for the entire 12th grade.
At the same time, Nguyen Tat Thanh University also announced the official floor score for university admission in 2025 for training programs at the school.
Accordingly, the training programs have a minimum score of 15 points for the admission method based on high school graduation exam scores and 18 points for the admission method based on academic records, 550 points for the admission method based on the Ho Chi Minh City National University's Competency Assessment test scores and 70 points for the Hanoi National University's Competency Assessment test.



The two majors of Law and Economic Law recorded a minimum score of 17 points for the admission method based on high school graduation exam scores and 18 points for the admission method based on academic records.
Dr. Tran Ai Cam - Principal of Nguyen Tat Thanh University commented that the 2025 high school graduation exam score distribution has many fluctuations, creating certain differences in the score level compared to previous years.
This forces universities to adjust the floor score appropriately, both ensuring input quality and creating conditions so that candidates do not lose the opportunity to enter university.

Dr. Cam also noted that before 5:00 p.m. on July 28, candidates can register, adjust, and add admission wishes an unlimited number of times. At the same time, from July 28 to 5:00 p.m. on August 5, candidates need to pay fees for registered wishes.
“Don’t just follow trends, but prioritize careers that match your abilities, passions, and social development trends. At the same time, put your first choice in the majors and schools you love to ensure the earliest chance of admission,” emphasized the Principal of Nguyen Tat Thanh University.
In 2025, Nguyen Tat Thanh University will award 2,000 scholarships for admission before September 15, 2025, worth up to 17 million VND for candidates admitted to the school with their first choice. Or for those who are valedictorians, winners of First/Second/Third/Fourth/Encouragement prizes in excellent student/art competitions, national and provincial talent/sport competitions, they will have the opportunity to receive 50% to 100% of tuition fees for the entire course.
In addition, the school also offers scholarships worth 30% - 50% of the full course tuition fee for candidates in difficult circumstances, candidates admitted to certain majors or Female Student scholarships for female candidates admitted to Technology - Engineering majors with scholarships up to 30% of the full course tuition fee.
