Admission score for grade 10 in Dak Lak: The lowest school is 2.5 points

TPO - Dak Lak has announced the standard scores for entering grade 10. Accordingly, the highest first choice is Le Quy Don High School with 19.5 points; the lowest is Hai Ba Trung High School with 2.5 points.

On July 1, the Dak Lak Departmentof Education and Training announced the benchmark scores for grade 10 admission in the 2025-2026 school year for 53 public schools in the province. Of these, there are 3 specialized schools (Nguyen Du High School for the Gifted, N'Trang Long Boarding Ethnic High School and Dam San Boarding Ethnic High School).

For the remaining 50 schools, 19,393 students were admitted (the plan was 20,026). Of which, the highest standard score for the first wish was Le Quy Don High School with 19.5 points; the lowest was Hai Ba Trung High School with 2.5 points.

Next are Krong Bong High School (2.75 points); Phan Dang Luu High School, Cao Ba Quat High School (3.75 points). Krong Ana High School (4 points); Ngo Gia Tu High School, Le Huu Trac High School, Nguyen Truong To High School, Phan Dinh Phung High School (4.25 points); Tran Nhan Tong High School, Cu M'gar High School, Phan Chu Trinh High School (4.5 points).

The entrance exam for grade 10 high school for the 2025-2026 school year will take place on June 5 and 6, 2025.

The 10th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year has more than 22,000 candidates taking the exam.

Ms. Le Thi Thanh Xuan - Director of Dak Lak Department of Education and Training, said: The entrance exam for grade 10 to public high schools is to evaluate the quality of teaching at the secondary level. From there, the education sector will look at the current situation to find solutions to improve the long-term quality of teaching for the province.

This is the first year that 100% of public high schools in Dak Lak province have organized entrance exams for grade 10. Previously, it was a form of admission, and in the 2024-2025 school year, some schools had entrance exams. This year, the Dak Lak Department of Education and Training adjusted the failing score to 0 points, to ensure the rights of students to go to school.

It is known that the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year will be held at 53 examination councils across the province on June 5 and 6, 2025 with more than 22,000 candidates taking the exam.
