The highlight of the Tuyen Quang Mid-Autumn Festival is the giant lanterns that are meticulously handcrafted. From funny animals to unique architectural works, all are vividly recreated on the lanterns. In addition to the lantern parade, people also organize many other entertainment activities such as lion dance, dragon dance, art performances... Children also participate in traditional folk games such as blindfolded pot smashing, tug of war...
