This information has caused a lot of surprise and worry for schools, students and parents because half of the 11th grade school year has passed but the Ministry of Education and Training has not yet announced a plan to innovate the exam in accordance with the new General Education Program.

However, according to verified information, this is completely fake and inaccurate information. The Ministryof Education and Training has not announced the reference exam questions for the 2025 high school graduation exam and is in the process of finalizing the final graduation exam plans for 2025. Accordingly, the announcement of the Ministry of Education and Training stated: "The Ministry of Education and Training affirms that this is not a reference exam question for the 2025 high school graduation exam. The Ministry of Education and Training is finalizing the high school graduation exam plan from 2025 and will be announced in the near future."

Recently, at the meeting of the National Council for Education and Human Resources Development on November 14, the Ministry of Education and Training presented a draft report on the high school graduation exam plan from 2025. The Ministry proposed a 4-subject exam plan with a 2 + 2 option: Candidates must take 2 compulsory subjects: Literature, Mathematics and 2 elective subjects from the remaining subjects studied in the 12th grade education program including: Foreign Language, History, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, Economic Education, Law, Information Technology, Technology.

According to the assessment, the Ministry believes that organizing the exam according to this plan will accurately assess the learning outcomes of the selected candidates according to the objectives of the 2018 General Education Program. The graduation exam will be developed by the Ministry in the direction of enhancing capacity assessment, in accordance with the regulations and roadmap for implementing the new program. Regarding the exam format, the Ministry of Education and Training still proposes an essay test for Literature and multiple choice for the remaining subjects.
