According to initial verification, motorbike 15E1-033.37 driven by Mr. Ngo Quang Ha (born in 2003, residing in Hien Hao commune, Cat Hai special zone, Hai Phong ), moving from Nghia Lo intersection to Dong Bai cable car intersection, collided with tractor 15C-341.12 pulling semi-trailer 15R-154.69, on which the trailer was carrying container number MRSU 4042016 driven by Mr. Nguyen Cao Thuan (born in 1984, residing in Phu Tho province), parked in the same direction in front.
The collision left Mr. Ngo Quang Ha seriously injured and requiring emergency treatment at Viet Tiep Friendship Hospital. Vehicles on both sides were damaged.
