Speed ​​up construction of resettlement areas

The Go Dau District Party Committee, Tay Ninh Province, has just worked with members of the District Compensation and Site Clearance Steering Committee to speed up the implementation of the Go Dau town resettlement area project, in order to promptly hand over land to households affected by the Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai Expressway project.

The Go Dau town resettlement area project has a total investment of 318.9 billion VND from targeted provincial support capital and district budget, implemented on an area of ​​over 97,000m2, with 480 resettlement lots. The technical infrastructure system is built synchronously, including traffic routes, water supply and drainage systems, trees, lighting, parks, parking lots and transformer stations. Up to now, the total implementation value has reached about 149.3 billion VND, equivalent to more than 59% of the contract value; the two routes No. 3 and 4 of the resettlement area for households under the Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai expressway project have basically completed the drainage infrastructure, retaining walls and are urgently completing the foundation.
